Go Step by step as mentioned below:
1. Go to Setting. Check at the bottom of settings whether you have Developers Option.
2. If not, then go to About device=>Software info.
3. Under software info click on Build Number 5 times.
4. It will then show on the screen that the Developers Option have been Activated.
5. Go to Setting and check the second last option. It will be Developers option.
6. Goto Developers Option and switch it on and scroll down and fine the field Drawing.
7. Under this option you will fine Window Animation scale, Transition Animation scale and Animator Duration scale.
8. Change the speed of all the three options to 0.5x
After completing the above steps restart the mobile and check out the speed and response of the cell phone.
