Most of the time due to our hectic schedule or some anxiety, we are unable to sleep, or we often do not feel sleepy. Below are the list of few steps, which you might like to try in case you really require quality sleep. Here in this blog we would teach you How to get sleep when not feeling sleepy.



  • Lie down on bed straight with face up position.
  • Close your eyes.
  • Put both your hands in side in relaxed position.
  • Relax your body in the same posture.
  • Start concentration on each part of your body right from toe to head.
  • Keep doing so again once finished with one round.

In the morning you won't even remember the no. of rounds you had taken before falling into deep sleep. 🙂
